Many people ask us how they can be a part of the ministry of Higher Ground.  The most important way you can support Higher Ground is by committing to pray.  When brothers and sisters in Christ lift up prayers together to Heaven, God answers in a mighty way.  We've experienced this kind of answered prayer in this ministry and believe our prayer partners play a critical role as God works through us to reach souls across the nations.

If you will commit to being a part of our prayer team, we promise to update you with current prayer requests as well as answers to prayer.  You will be encouraged, as we have been, to see that God is still in the business of answering prayer.  We do our best to keep our on-line prayer request list updated, as God continues to guide our ministry and our family in new, exciting directions.

• A mighty work of the Holy Spirit among the people-decisions to turn to Christ and renewed commitments to Him and to their families
• Schedule - Divine opportunities for 2009
• Clear direction as we seek His Will on moving again in the Spring of 2010. That the house will sell for the price we need and a new one will become available in His timing. The purpose of this is to free up the mortgage payment to be used toward living expenses, so we can move in to full-time occupational ministry.
• Praying for a new Booking Agent in the industry to take over that portion of the ministry
• Denise's health concerns - healing for unknown autoimmune disease-
• Denise will be meeting with a new specialist in February, 2010. Please pray for wisdom and insight.
• Courtney may need surgery on her right foot this spring. Pray that the treatment beginning in February will take care of the problem and surgery wouldn't be necessary.

• Goals for 2010:

1. Full funding of and release of "Lights Out at Our House " by Summer 2010
2. Community Outreach for Hendricks County in late Summer 2010
3. 25 monthly financial supporters
4. At least 10 new relationships built with families in need
5. Full funding for missions trip to Guatemela in June to serve at the Casa Bernabe orphanage
6. Full funding and release of a 52-week Family Devotional Guide and CD for Scripture Memorization as a Family
